Seat or smart toilet?

Bidet seats (Z1, B5) replace your existing seat — toilet stays. Smart toilets (P80s) are a full suite: toilet + bidet in one.

Which should I buy?

Fit, power & water

Most AU household toilets take a standard seat — fit notes are on each product page. Unsure? Measure or send a photo before you buy.

You’ll need a nearby AU 240V / 50Hz powerpoint and a cold-water connection at the toilet.

No. VODAi Bidets sells electronic bidet seats and smart toilets — not tapware.

Shipping & returns

Shipping & install area

Product ships Australia-wide. Timing and cost show at checkout by postcode.

Install and on-site maintenance are Greater Sydney only (~100 km). Outside that area, buy the product and use a local licensed plumber.

What’s in the box?

Your product, AU power lead / fittings as listed on the product page, and English manuals. Some models include install parts in the carton.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can usually be returned within the window shown at checkout / in your order email. Opened electrical products may have conditions — message us before you send anything back.

Install

Do I have to use your install?

No. Buy the product only and arrange your own licensed plumber, or send an enquiry if you’re in Greater Sydney.

Can I install it myself?

We don’t publish DIY plumbing guides. For a safe, compliant fit, use a licensed plumber — yours or one we book.

How does install work?
  1. Choose Z1, B5, or P80s.
  2. Send enquiry (fit-check) — photos, seat size, powerpoint distance, postcode.
  3. We reply before booking a licensed plumber in our install area.

After you buy

Warranty & spare parts

Warranty terms ship with your manual and warranty card — keep your receipt. Years/terms are on the product page and in your order pack.

Remotes, hoses, nozzles and other parts will appear in the shop as they’re available — or contact Support with your order number.

Something’s wrong — who do I call?

Plumbing/fit issues → your licensed plumber first. Product faults or spare parts → contact us with your order number and photos.
