3 year product warranty
Every Z1, B5 and P80s comes with a 3 year product warranty from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty terms
30 day change of mind on Z1 and B5
Return an unopened Z1 or B5 seat within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage. Change of mind returns aren’t available for the P80s once it has been dispatched. Returns policy
Frequently asked questions
Products
Seat or smart toilet?
Our Z1 Core and B5 Plus seats bolt on, so you keep your toilet. The P80s replaces the whole toilet suite. Choose it when you are renovating or the cistern has failed.
Which should I buy?
The Z1 Core costs A$499 and has a side control panel. The B5 Plus costs A$699 and comes with a wireless remote. The P80s is an all-in-one smart toilet suite at A$2,699. Choose a seat by the controls and features you want, or choose the P80s when you want to replace the whole toilet.
Will it fit my toilet?
Compare your toilet with the shape and sizes listed for each seat on the fit chart, then choose the one that suits it.
Certifications
Certified for Australia?
Yes. Our seats and smart toilet carry Australian WaterMark and SAA certifications. Each product page lists the numbers for that model. The P80s also lists its WELS rating.
Shipping & returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel a Z1, B5 or P80s order for a full refund, at any time before dispatch. Email support@vodai.com.au with your order number and we’ll confirm the cancellation and refund you to your original payment method.
Not sure which seat suits my toilet?
See Check fit, or email support@vodai.com.au before you open the carton. Once the carton has been opened, change of mind returns aren’t available.
