How referral codes work

What you both get

Refer friends with your own VODAi referral code. When a new buyer uses your code on their first product order:

  • Your friend gets

    5% off

    They get 5% off the product price only. The discount does not apply to services or other extras.

  • You get store credit

    Z1 or B5 seat
    A$50
    P80s smart toilet
    A$100

    The credit is A$100 if they purchased a P80s smart toilet, or A$50 if they purchased a Z1 or B5 seat but no P80s.

  • Credit that doesn’t expire

    Store credit is not cash and does not expire. Credits can stack over time toward a later upgrade to a newer model.

How it works

For a Z1 or B5 seat order, you receive store credit on your VODAi account once 30 days have passed since delivery. For an order that includes a P80s, you receive it once the order is delivered. Full referral terms apply. If the referee’s order is later refunded or charged back, any unspent store credit from that referral is reversed or reduced to match the products that were not refunded. We don’t recover credit you’ve already spent.

Full referral terms

These rules apply to every referral.

  • Only one referral code can be used on each order.
  • Self-referral is not allowed, including where the referrer and referee share the same shipping address, phone number, payment card or payment account.
  • The referral discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Store credit is not cash and does not expire. Credits can stack over time toward a later purchase.
  • Credit applies to future VODAi product purchases on your account.
  • If the referee’s order is later refunded or charged back, any unspent store credit from that referral is reversed or reduced to match the products that were not refunded. We don’t recover credit you’ve already spent.

We run this referral program. We may change these referral terms for future referrals. Credit you have already earned is honoured under the terms that applied when it was earned, subject to the refund and chargeback rule above.
